What mental health services do you provide?

We provide medication management for anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, and more.

Are you a therapist?

No, our practice focuses on psychiatry methods of medication management for individuals with mental health related issues. We do, however, often refer individuals to therapy for help in addition to our services.

Do you take insurance?

At this time, no. Our practice is established to provide the most direct, comfortable, and confidential care to all clients and we feel strongly that working directly with our clients leads to better mental health outcomes.

We are happy to provide documentation for any session(s) that can be sent by a client to their insurance for out of network direct reimbursement.

Do I need insurance prior-authorization to be seen?

No. Because we offer services at affordable rates without the need to bill insurance, we do not require any authorization to be seen.

We are, however, happy to provide documentation that can patients a can send directly to their insurance provider to seek reimbursement.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We can accept cash, check, and debit/credit cards. We also allow secure payments to be made online through your secure patient portal.

Can I be seen via telehealth?

Absolutely! We offer telehealth sessions via a HIPAA protected format designed specifically for mental health. This same platform also provides you access to your patient portal.

Note that some patients may be required to be seen in-person to comply with Federal/State regulation on medication management.

How can I securely communicate with my provider?

Once established as a patient you will have access to a patient portal account. Here you can communicate with your provider, see past and upcoming appointments, pay outstanding balances, and more.

All patient data, including direct messaging, is secured by our software provider Osmind. No data is stored locally and is encrypted as required by United States HIPAA regulations.

NOTE – the contact form on this website should NOT be used for communicated sensitive information as this is a mailbox used for general outreach and communication. Once established, the patient portal should be used to communicate any patient-sensitive information.

What is your attendance policy?

Our mission is to help you live your best life. Appointments are held every hour or half-hour. We strive to help as many people as possible which requires us to maintain an attendance policy with all clients.

Appointment tardiness – Patients are expected to have arrived and ready to start their appointment at the scheduled time. Arriving late (after scheduled start time and before 10 minutes elapsed) is considered tardy. 2 late arrivals in a 6 month period will result in a late fee.

Missed Appointments/No-Shows – We will hold a session open until 10 minutes after the scheduled start time of your appointment. After the 10th minute, your appointment will be closed and a late fee will be charged. 3 missed appointments may result in patient discharge.
